Due to the custom nature of items, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is an error on MY part. If this is the case, the seller needs to be contacted within 24 hours after receiving the order. The buyer will need to be send the item back to seller so that it can either be fixed or replaced. • NOT Dishwasher safe. This is direct from the tumbler manufacturers to prevent the vacuum seal from breaking due to excessive heat in most dishwashers.

• If dropped, epoxy can break so please treat your tumbler with care.

Creating these GORGEOUS tumblers is a lengthy process with multiple steps that require drying and curing times.
