Due to the custom nature of items, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is an error on MY part. If this is the case, the seller needs to be contacted within 24 hours after receiving the order. The buyer will need to be send the item back to seller so that it can either be fixed or replaced. Cancellations need to be completed within 24 hours of placing your order.

• NOT Dishwasher safe. This is direct from the tumbler manufacturers to prevent the vacuum seal from breaking due to excessive heat in most dishwashers.
• Hand wash ONLY.
• NOT Microwave safe.
• Do NOT use abrasive cleaners.
• If dropped, epoxy can break so please treat your tumbler with care.

All items are made to order and completed in the order they were received in.

Current processing time is 1-2 weeks for Ready to Ship tumblers, where customoization is added. If no customization is needed Ready to Ship tumblers will ship within 5 business days.

Creating these GORGEOUS tumblers is a lengthy process with multiple steps that require drying and curing times.
